This year I have been very unmotivated to take photos and blog. I'm not sure what it is, but I just haven't felt like doing either. I think it all started when I was overseas. I blogged a good amount and took my camera everywhere. That gets tiring. I'm slowly getting more of a want to photograph life. Hang in there.

Leadership?

I'm going to Argentina in May. I'm not going alone though. I'm co-leading a team of eight. I've just stumbled upon one problem:

I have no idea how to lead a group of people overseas.

A friend and I were talking the other day about how we've both been overseas a few different times and we have knowledge about traveling, but how do we translate that to people who have not been out of the country at all? How do we relay our information in an effective way? How do we get those we are leading to support us and our decisions? I don't know.

I'm still trying to figure all that out. The only thing I can keep thinking of is to look in the scriptures at how Jesus led. Thats my only plan as of right now. I guess until I figure it out, I'm going to keep faking it really well.

I hope nobody from my team reads this. Don't be scared. Its okay. I promise?

Maybe this is just an eccentric examination of the heart.

Motivation

Someone needs to motivate me to get some of my medium film developed. I have five rolls, four of which are from my trip. I actually have money now, but I just don't feel like driving across town.
